We have hunted bobwhite quail at Ashburn Hill Plantation consecutively since 1967 and we are looking forward to another great year. Our season runs for six full months beginning October 1st and ending March 31st.

Guests may make reservations for as many days of hunting as desired. One-half day hunts are also accepted. Any gauge shotgun is permitted though .28 and .20 gauges are suggested. Double guns are preferred. Automatics and pumps are restricted to two shells. Shells are available at the plantation for an additional charge. Snake chaps and blaze orange vests are provided at no charge to guests that need them.

Safety is of utmost importance at Ashburn Hill. Prior to hunting, each guest is required to view a brief safety video. As a further precaution, absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed during the hunts.
